Our Commitment to Your Expedition
By booking with Circling Colombia, you are securing a fully managed logistical ecosystem where every detail is curated to provide authentic discovery, ethical wildlife encounters, and unparalleled access to the soul of Colombia.
1. Payment & Confirmation Schedule
The contract is officially formed once Circling Colombia issues a Booking Confirmation and the Party Leader (the primary contact responsible for all payments and group communication) settles the required amount according to the timeline below:

Payments must be made in a single transaction by the Party Leader to ensure logistical synchronization.
2. Priority Planning Service (Expedited Journeys)
For travelers seeking immediate departure, we offer a Priority Planning Service for all journeys confirmed 60 days or less before the start date. This ensures that even on an expedited timeline, your expedition receives our signature level of precision.
This service provides:
Elite Access: Immediate negotiation with our network of top-tier hotels and local partners to secure availability.
Fast-Tracked Confirmations: Prioritized booking for exclusive experiences and private aviation.
Dedicated Coordination: High-intensity management to synchronize complex transfers across multiple climate zones.
Due to the nature of this expedited management, a tailored adjustment is reflected in your proposal to cover the resource-intensive coordination required.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation charges reflect the firm, non-refundable commitments we make to remote communities and specialized providers.

The Circling Promise: Should we successfully recover any costs from third-party suppliers (such as boutique hotels or private charters) after your cancellation, we will credit that specific amount toward a future expedition with us.
4. Wildlife Tracking & Observation Protocols
We operate with biological integrity and do not offer staged encounters.
Specialized Tracking (Jaguar, Andean Bear, Pink Dolphins): These are elusive species. Our service covers the expert management of the search led by specialized field trackers. While we use local field data to maximize success, sightings are not guaranteed.
Bird Observation: We provide access to high-biodiversity hotspots and expert ornithology guides. While specific bird activity is subject to nature, a high-quality observation experience is a core standard of these tours.
5. Logistics, Altitudes & Insurance
Adaptive Management: Operating at altitudes of up to 3,400 meters (11,150 feet) requires agility. Circling Colombia reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, National Park regulations, or technical transport issues to ensure guest safety.
Mandatory Travel Insurance: It is a strict condition of booking that all travelers possess comprehensive insurance covering medical emergencies and emergency medical evacuation.
